How to Start a Return
- 1 Log into your Clawsy account or find your order confirmation email.
- 2 Email us at hello@clawsy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 3 We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label.
- 4 Drop your parcel at any local post office or courier hub.
Condition of Items
To receive a full refund or replacement, items should be returned in their original condition. We ask that tags remain attached and the item is clean and unused. Minor marks from trying on are fine, but significant wear may affect eligibility.
Refunds
Once we've confirmed your return is eligible, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Want a different design? We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or style. Just let us know when you contact us, and we'll send your replacement as soon as your return is on its way back.
Made-to-Order Products
Because all Clawsy products are made specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted for items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from the product shown. If you're unsure about sizing, please check our size guide before ordering or contact our team — we're happy to help.
